Friendly Baby have teamed up with Little Green Radicals for the Friendly Baby August Competition. This month we are offering you the chance to win some fantastic organic, fairtrade babywear!

Why have we teamed up with Little Green Radicals?

Little Green Radicals is made exclusively with organic and Fairtrade certified cotton.

The fairtrade mark guarantees farmers a minimum price and gives them a premium which they use for projects like extra medical care or education. Little Green Radicals have various independent inspectors that verify their manufacturing as sweatshop free.

Organic cotton ensures the farmers don’t have to handle dangerous chemicals and the clothing is kinder on your baby’s skin. The cotton is certified organic to either Skal or Demeter standards. All their prints have been produced using the most ecological water based inks available. 100% non-organic cotton is actually 75% cotton and 25% pesticides and fertilisers! None of us want those levels of chemicals next to our baby’s delicate skin.
