Friendly Baby April Competition with Little Cherry

In my childhood all those many moons ago, children's parties were more environmentally friendly than most modern parties are today. We didn't have party bags at all, so less disposable plastic toys. Tableware, whilst often disposable, was usually made from waxed paper rather than plastic (am I really showing my age now?). Today, children's parties usually consist of disposable plastic tableware, disposable plastic toys and disposable plastic party bags. Now that I've discovered Little Cherry I realise that even the parties from my dim and distant memory were anything but eco-friendly, so the waste from modern parties really is appalling.

Beeswax is naturally aromatic, infused with the sweet, subtle scent of honey. Being non-toxic and non-allergenic, beeswax candles burn clean and soot free, and they are so natural they can be pushed into your birthday cake without the use of plastic holders!

FSC cert. fair trade biodegradable balloons - Made from natural latex, sourced from well managed forests and FSC certified as sustainable. Fairly traded and will biodegrade within approximately six months, which is the same rate as an oak leaf! They come packaged within a compostable bag with a label made from recycled paper.
